What is the minimum period of occupation?

MLS Business Centres offer simple, flexible agreements from 1 to 24 months, eliminating high start up costs, complicated lease agreements, legal fees and time delays.

Can the telephone be answered in my name?

Yes, fully trained MLS staff provide a professional answering service from 08.30am to 06.30pm. In addition you will be given your own DID number

Can I arrange use of a boardroom or meeting rooms in the MLS network of centres? |

Yes, meeting rooms and boardrooms can be reserved at all locations with audio-visual equipment and catering available to hire subject to availability.

What are the security measures that the MLS centres provide? |

All our floors are provided with a Biometric access system with access only for MLS staff and clients. We also have a security guard at the main floor who is present 24/7. CCTVs are also present on all floors to monitor movement within the centres. |

When I have deadlines we often work until midnight and at weekends. Can we still get in? |

Yes, access to all centres is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Reception and switchboard are manned Monday to Friday 08.30am to 06.30pm.

The members of our team are networked together via our computer; will I be able to connect to them at the MLS centre? |

Yes, LANs and WANs and more are available through Category 5 structured cabling.

If my assistant is on holiday, can the MLS staff produce my documents and send faxes etc?

Yes. Centre staff are available to carry out a full range of secretarial and administrative services. These include word processing, document preparation, mail shots, database input etc. Please contact us for the service options menu and costs. |

The services sound great, but aren't serviced offices bound to be more expensive than a normal lease or rental?
|
|
No. Because you are not paying for space you don't use, and with all the facilities that are included within your simple monthly invoice, MLS prices are very competitive. The average company could save approx 20% or more of their total occupation costs, when compared to a conventional lease.

Do you have any fire alarm systems in the MLS Centre?
|
|
Yes. Smoke detectors and fire detectors are present in all the offices and corridors. There are also fire escapes on all the floors. |
